Objectives:

To promote participation in South Middle River and increase communication between SMRCA Board, Members and residents on all issues of importance to the community.   Increase awareness of our sense of community through positive recognition of programs and efforts.  Educate the residents of South Middle River about issues pertaining to their quality of life.   Generate revenues to SMRCA through communication mediums such as the newsletter and web site.

Some Specific Activity Examples:

• Provide and write articles for monthly publishing in the SMRCA Newsletter “Directions” and for use on http://www.smrca.com/ on a continuous basis with a team of writers and contributors.
• Design and implement the new site plans for http://www.smrca.com/
• Work with local businesses to support the newsletter and web site through advertising sales
• Distribute the newsletter as widely as possible to promote South Middle River, its advertisers and SMRCA’s needs.
